As President and Co-Founder of one of the nation's leading new digital media and communications business organizations (Midwest Media Group, LLC), I led all aspects of general management responsibilities and took this private business from $1M to $16M in only three years - leading to its listing as #107 in INC. Magazine's top 25% Fastest Growing Companies in North America.

Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of my prior corporate management experience was to join the founding senior sales management team, as employee #32, of one of the hottest successful IPO start-ups (AVID Technology, INC.) to survive and thrive through the nineties. By building two highly successful and dynamic sales regions, and by sourcing and hiring only ace sales players, we held our competitors' market share to under 12%, giving this emerging start-up time to establish its underlying sales and support infrastructure and ultimately becoming the dominant, world-renowned, Emmy and Oscar-winning performance player it remains today.

Being part of this incredible opportunity, from its inception to hitting over $500M in sales, was a life-changing experience few get to experience.
